  7.        PCL4TSR starts by reading its internal fonts from %s.
  8.        If no files are specified on the command line, PCL4TSR
  9.        installs itself as a TSR.  If files are given, they are
  10.        processed, and PCL4TSR exits.  Normally, no options are
  11.        required.

  14.           -h    : Display this help screen
  15.           -u    : Uninstall a previously TSRed PCL4TSR
  16.           -f    : Prevents load of %s
  17.           -t    : Forces TSR after processing files on command line

  20.           -i##  : Specifies IRQ number of WinPrint card
